Residential Program
Our aim to provide a safe, nurturing environment for program members. This starts with safe, reliable housing. We will then provide workshops and programs that empower participants with essential skills including job readiness and financial literacy. Our planned range of in house supportive services, include counseling, mentoring, and educational support.
Repeat Program
We’re inviting entrepreneurs, counselors, skilled tradesmen and other volunteers to join us in teaching and guiding our participants in various skill sets and career fields. By working with us, you’ll have the opportunity to to have your successes echoed in the lives of our youth members. They’ll listen, learn, and then repeat – and grow our community.
Home Services Program
Birdhouse’s Home Services is a guided work program for at-risk youth that teaches core job skills in the do-it-yourself space. Our mentors, provide homeowners with small-job handyman services. The Program is a win for all of us – our flock learns new skills and responsibility, our customers get great services at a great price, and our community nurtures youth for success.
